Carving Pumpkins- Oct.19th, 08

If you love pumpkin seeds, you can save and roast them! Put the pumpkin seeds in a strainer and clean really well. Mix the pumpkin seeds in a bowl with 2 tablespoons butter, sprinkled with salt and garlic powder to taste. Pour out on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 45 minutes. Edwin and I actually don't like them, but the kids really do!
